As an OxONet customer, the safety of your data is
important to us. For this reason, all of our users' data is duplicated each night.
Should there be a system failure that results in data loss, we
will restore the most recent copy of your data at no charge.
Data may also be restored at any time from the previous 24-hour period by e-mailing
OxONet support, but there is a $50 charge for this service.
