We reserve this time for scheduled system maintenance, usually late at night. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you will receive the month of service in question for free.

Certain pre-announced downtime for major maintenance may be excluded from this guarantee. Such maintenance will occur during non-business hours and will always be announced ahead of time.
